Niniejszy dokument zawiera informację o strategii podatkowej realizowanej przez Eurobox Polska sp. z o.o. (dalej: „Spółka” lub „Eurobox”) w roku podatkowym rozpoczętym 1 stycznia 2020 r., a zakończonym 31 grudnia 2020 r. Przedmiotowa informacja została sporządzona i podana do publicznej wiadomości na podstawie art. 27c ust. 1 w zw. z art. 27b ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 15 lutego 1992 r. o podatku dochodowym od osób prawnych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2021 r. poz. 1800, ze zm.; dalej: „ustawa CIT”).
