He joined Dunapack Packaging in 2022 as a student in the mechanical maintenance workshop, quickly standing out for his enthusiasm, curiosity and genuine passion for machines and teamwork. Even early on, he showed a strong willingness to learn and take on challenges.
By 2023, while balancing work and studies, Eugen became a reliable part of the team - someone who embraced daily problems with a positive attitude and consistently applied his knowledge in practice. Overcoming an injury in 2024, he returned even stronger, continuing to develop professionally.
After earning his master’s degree in mechanical engineering, he stepped into the role of maintenance engineer, supporting the team and management with both technical knowledge and hands-on experience. In early 2026, he was offered the position of Head of Maintenance and Projects - a natural step recognized by his colleagues.
