With strong operational experience, practical production knowledge and a solid understanding of business needs, Tomasz Rak plays a key role as Production Planning Manager at DP Lubliniec.
Tomasz began his career directly on the production floor, progressing through various stages of professional development - from Production Worker, through operator roles, to specialist and managerial positions in production planning. This career path has given him an excellent understanding of both shop-floor realities and the requirements of effective production planning management.
Today, Tomasz is responsible for the Production Planning Department at the DP Lubliniec plant, where he manages a two-person team. He is an expert whom many managers turn to for support in proper production planning, process optimization and finding practical solutions. His availability, commitment and openness to cooperation make him a valued partner for both managers and operational employees.
Tomasz stands out for his strong sense of responsibility, consistency in action and ability to combine the production perspective with the business perspective. His practical experience enables him to assess situations accurately, anticipate potential challenges and support the organization in making effective decisions.
Since last year, Tomasz has also been participating in the
FIT talent program, where he continues to develop his leadership and business competencies while further strengthening his role within the organization.
Outside work, Tomasz is passionate about football - he not only plays the sport, but also serves as President of a local football club. This involvement reflects his team-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility and ability to build relationships beyond the professional environment.
