From Aeronautical Engineering to Production Planning: Meet Antoniu Gavrila
Every career journey is shaped by experiences that help build new skills, perspectives, and ambitions. For Antoniu Gavrila, it all started in the aeronautical industry, where he worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer. During his two years in the field, he developed strong problem-solving abilities and learned how to effectively organize and manage complex tasks.
In 2024, Antoniu joined Dunapack Packaging Romania as a Production Planner, returning to a company that was already familiar to him. Back in 2021, he completed an internship in the Maintenance Department as a trainee engineer, gaining valuable insights into the technical processes and day-to-day operations of a corrugated packaging plant.
Three years later, joining Dunapack Packaging felt like a natural next step. Antoniu was looking for a role where he could combine his technical background with analytical thinking, coordination and decision-making that directly impacts production performance. As a Production Planner, he found exactly that opportunity.
