From student to packaging design expert: Katerina Stancheva's 7-year journey at Dunapack Packaging Plovdiv is a story of growth, innovation and the power of a supportive team.
Katerina’s journey with Dunapack Packaging Plovdiv began even before she graduated from the Technical University of Sofia – Plovdiv Branch. What started as a first professional opportunity has grown into a rewarding career in our Packaging Construction and Design team, where she contributes her expertise and passion for innovation every day.
Driven by curiosity, creativity and a continuous desire to learn, Katerina embraces new technologies and challenging projects with enthusiasm, always striving to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
“As a student, I realized that this was a place where I could develop professionally and turn my ideas into reality. I enjoy working with advanced technologies, and I love that every project brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. For me, Dunapack Packaging Plovdiv is a place of growth, innovation and continuous development.”
For Katerina, one of the most memorable moments was returning to work after maternity leave – a transition that can often feel both exciting and uncertain.
“I came back eager to reconnect with my work, but also wondering how much had changed during my absence. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed. My colleagues supported me every step of the way, helped me settle back in quickly and made me feel like part of the team from the very first moment. That sense of support, belonging, and teamwork is what makes Dunapack Packaging Plovdiv such a special place for me.”
At Dunapack Packaging Plovdiv, we believe great careers are built on opportunities, innovation and people who support one another.
