Valoviti papir Dunapack is the new winner of the Certificate Employer Partner, which is a prestigious acknowledgment of excellence in human resources management, and is now considered to be one of the most attractive employers on the Croatian market.
Aleksandar Zemunić, Member of the Management Board of SELECTIO, which awards the Certificate, presented the award to Zvonimir Čuljak, General Manager and Sanja Miketić–Curman, Head of Human Resources of V.P. Dunapack.
The Employer Partner project was launched twelve years ago with a mission of promoting quality human resource management and so far, more than 95 organizations have participated in it. Certificate Employer Partner is an independent recognition that is awarded to organizations on the basis of assessment of human resource management practices in five main areas: Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee Relations. To meet the certification standards, the company must obtain at least 75% of the total possible score, and at least 70% in each of the 5 assessment areas
Valoviti achieved the highest result in the domain of Recruitment and Selection, primarily due to high quality of the search process for new employees, as they use various channels to reach targeted candidates and put great emphasis on providing feedback. Transparency, as the company guiding principle, is also visible in all other areas of human resource management, including clearly communicated job descriptions and rewarding system. The company offers its employees various forms of education and training and is currently particularly focused on development of talent programs, as well as mentoring program.
We are very proud to be recognized by a team of experts, through a comprehensive process analysis, as a company that manages human resources efficiently. This is the result of the long-standing commitment and cooperation of all departments of the company with the Human Resources Department, as well as the support of the Management Board. This prestigious acknowledgement is a sign that we are on the right track and we will work year by year to be even better, and the implementation of new projects that are expected in the coming period will surely contribute to that.
